The journey began for iViioo at Harvard University in 2005. A Harvard Human Resource and Psychology expert Professor Dr. Myra White, was conducting research on talent behavior assessment when her student, one of iViioo's co-founders, was inspired by her work. The student began brainstorming on a new venture opportunity and added a new technological component - a web platform conducting online video interviews and providing expert skill assessments. The student's passion for this venture and the proven business model attracted an experienced core team of successful entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and technology gurus from leading universities and corporations around the globe.

Today, iViioo is turning visions into reality by developing an online video services platform where businesses can identify, review, and select top candidates. They can now do this with much less hassle and resources than traditional methods required, and the enhanced video communication experience can be achieved without installing any software. iViioo will continue to empower employers, recruiters, and candidates through it's passion for online video technology excellence. iViioo is funded by a group of business professionals who are very passionate about utilizing video technologies. The team is lead by experienced executives with Internet services, human resources, and management consulting backgrounds. Currently the team has operations in Europe, North America, and Asia. iViioo’s team has solid industry knowledge and the members are from KNOW IT, Fidelity, McKinsey, Google, Microsoft, CoreCode, and Harvard University.
