When more detailed information is needed, we will post additional notices to explain how we process your Personal Information. Personal information is information that a user provides to us, which personally identifies the user himself or herself, such as name, gender, email address, career, job title, or billing information, or other data which can be reasonably linked to the user by iViioo s services.

Use of Information
To access and use iViioo s services, we require you to register for an account and submit personal information to us. For using all the services on iViioo, our system will collect the following information:

Your Information
When you sign up to iViioo s services, you will submit personal information (such as name, email, and an account password). And if you want to purchase our paid services, our system will request credit card and other payment account information, and we will protect it in encrypted format in our servers and with our payment processing partners (PayPal, Google Checkout). Our system will combine your information with other information from our services in order to create a user-friendly experience and better quality of services. In this situation, you can opt out of combining such information. For example, a recruiter can choose not to reveal his or her real name to a job candidate, and vice versa.

Internet Browser Cookies
During your visit to our site, our system will send one or more cookies. A cookie is a small file composed of a series of characters that are sent your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser. Cookies are used to enhance our service because they store your preferences. Modern browsers are designed to accept cookies, and you do have the option of configuring your browser settings to refuse all cookies, or to be notified if a cookie is being sent to your browser. Note that if you disable your cookies, some of our services may not function properly.

iViioo Flash Player (The player and the recorder)
Our system will gather information form your browser and computer to make sure that the required Flash Player (and its proper version) is in place. You will need to visit Adobe website to upgrade/install the latest Flash Player if you do not have the required version installed. When a candidate needs to make a video interview, that candidate has to allow the Flash Recorder to control the webcam, so that you do not need to download extra software to conduct the video capturing. Our system will release the control of webcam once you finish the recording.

User Log Date
Your browser sends certain data whenever you visit a website, therefore, our servers and our vendor Google Analytics will automatically record this kind of non-personal data - including your web request, browser type, browser language, browser version, Internet Protocol address, the date and time of requests, and other commonly collected information.

User Communications
iViioo may retain any communications you send to us for the purpose of processing your inquiries, replying to your requests, and enhancing our services.

Affiliated Partner Websites
Part of iViioo s services has connections with other websites. Some part of the personal information that you provide to our partners websites may be sent back to us so that we can deliver services to you. The information we receive will follow this Policy. Please review our partners privacy policies if you are unsure of their practices.

Hyper Links
iViioo will keep track of our links and how they have been followed in order to improve our user-friendliness..

To respect your privacy, iViioo only processes personal information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and or notice for all or part of our services. Other purposes will include

1) Offering iViioo s products and services to our users, including the display of customized content and advertising;
2) Analyzing, auditing and researching so as to maintain, safeguard, and enhance our services;
3) Maintaining the features and functions of our system;
4) Upgrading our services or providing new products

iViioo processes personal information on our servers from global locations, including the United States of America, Sweden, the UK and other countries. We may process personal information through or from a foreign server. We retain the right to process your personal information for our service purposes or based on legitimate third party instructions, such as our job board or advertising partners.

Personal Information Options
You agree to provide personal information for the purpose of using the iViioo site and services offered. In case we need to use this information in a manner that s different than the original purpose, our system will ask for your consent prior to the new use. Otherwise, in the case we propose to use your personal information for other purposes that are not described in this Policy or our notices, you can choose to opt out. In such case, you can decline to submit your information to any of our services, however, please note that we might not be able to provide those services to you due to insufficient data.

Sharing Information
iViioo will only share your personal information with other parties under the following conditions:

    1) You approve or give your consent to us. Our system will provide an opt-in consent when we need to share any sensitive personal information.

    2) You agree to provide information requested by a third party, for example, a company s interview request. In this situation, we will provide the information only to the party that you accepted the invitation from. The third party, in this case, may use our system to forward that information with legitimate reasons, such as forwarding it to other managers in order to assess your job skills. iViioo has requested Hiring organizations to treat your Content and personal information with the strictest confidentially. Please note that we cannot guarantee that they will follow our policy strictly. Thus, please only agree to accept interviews or other requests from organizations that you believe to be legitimate and that you trust will be able to handle your information properly.

    3) iViioo may provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses partners to process personal information on our behalf. These parties will agree to process your information carefully and strictly according to our instructions.  Procedures will also be in compliance with this Policy or common security measures.

    4) iViioo will grant our employees or other parties such access, use, or disclosure of such information as reasonable business use to (a) comply any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of iViioo, its customers, or the public as required or permitted by law.

In the case that iViioo becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

You agree that iViioo can share with third parties any aggregated non-personal information, such as the number of users interviewed by an industry, or the average number of video interviews conducted for an opening. This kind of information will not identify you individually.

Information Security
iViioo has applied security measures to protect against illegal/unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of our data. Our measures include internal access control of data collection, storage, and processing practices. iViioo has a clear control policy to ensure our employees, contractors and agents can only access the information for performing their work. Such individuals have a binding agreement and accept confidentiality obligations, and may be subject to discipline, including job termination and criminal prosecution, when they are unable to perform these obligations.

Data Integrity
iViioo will properly collect and use your personal information according to this Policy or our specific notices. We will only collect, store and process required information needed to provide or enhance iViioo s services. We will take efforts to maintain personal information and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and that it is up-to-date. However, your information accuracy does depend on your own efforts to update whenever you have changes in your personal information.

Personal Information Access and Update
We provide account update features so that you can maintain, correct, and remove your data or information. Individual users have to identify themselves before they make changes of such information. iViioo has the right to decline any user s process requests that may potentially harm our system (such as over-frequent updates, or the copying of all of our data from frequent queries.) According to the efforts required  to access, correct or delete users personal information, we may or may not ask for an additional fee.

We will review our compliance with this Policy frequently. As our customers, clients, or partners, you can contact us through our email if you have any questions or concerns: support@iviioo.com. Once we receive your formal written inquiries, we will contact you regarding your concerns. We may cooperate with the other regulatory authorities to deal with any complaints if necessary.

Changes to This Policy
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will identify the date of change by its effective date, and also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy, which you may request from us at any time. We will maintain your rights under this Policy without explicit consent, because most of the changes might just be minor modifications. If the changes are significant, iViioo will post a more prominent notice, through email or through a specific web page on our site.
